Smash Casino account and payment issues: KYC, deposits, withdrawals and bonus fixes

Your document upload at Smash shows „pending” for days even though the file looks clear, and the usual reason is that the photo was cropped or the details do not match your profile. The same screen often freezes after a rejected file, so players upload again without changing the image.

Identity verification stuck or documents rejected

You see a status that stays on „under review” or a message that a document was not accepted, without a clear reason. These causes cover most cases:

• The photo is blurry, cropped or covered by glare.
• The name or address on the document does not match the account profile.
• An expired ID or a document type the casino cannot process.
• A file format or size that the upload form cannot handle.
• Only part of a multi-page document was sent.

Work through these steps in order:

1. Open your profile and compare the name and address with the document you plan to send.
2. Correct any difference in spelling or address before you upload again.
3. Take a new photo in daylight with all four corners of the document visible.
4. Avoid flash and shadows that hide the photo or the text.
5. Send every page of a statement or bill, not just the first one.
6. Use a common image or PDF format that the form accepts.
7. Upload each document once and wait for the status to change.
8. Do not open a second request while the first one is still pending.
9. Keep the same document type for each check so the file set stays consistent.
10. Write down what you sent and when, in case you need to describe it to support.
11. Contact support when a document has been rejected twice with no clear reason or the status has not moved after a full review cycle. Use the Smash casino support channel shown in your account and include the reference of your upload.

Deposit taken by the bank but missing from the balance

The bank shows the payment as completed, yet the casino balance stays the same. Common causes include:

• The payment is still moving between the bank and the casino.
• The deposit was sent to an old payment detail saved on the phone.
• A required reference or note was missing from the transfer.
• The account is not fully verified for deposits.
• The payment was made from a method registered to another person.

Do this before you try again:

1. Refresh the balance and log out, then log back in to rule out a display delay.
2. Check the transaction history inside your account for a pending entry.
3. Compare the amount and the reference in the bank app with the casino record.
4. Confirm that the payment method belongs to you and matches your profile name.
5. Stop and do not send a second deposit while the first one is unresolved.
6. Take a screenshot of the bank confirmation and the casino history side by side.
7. Make sure your identity check is complete, because an unfinished check can hold the credit.
8. Remove and re-add the payment detail only if the first attempt clearly failed.
9. Note the exact time of the payment and the last four digits of the source account.
10. Contact support when the bank shows the money as sent and the casino shows nothing after a full banking cycle. The casino smash team can trace the payment with the reference you provide.

Withdrawal pending longer than expected

The withdrawal sits as „pending” and the balance does not return, while nothing arrives at your bank. Likely causes:

• Identity verification is still open on the account.
• Bonus wagering is not finished, so the funds are locked.
• The payout method differs from the deposit method.
• A security review is running on the account.
• The request was made before the deposit cleared.

Follow these steps:

1. Check the withdrawal status in your transaction history and note the exact label.
2. Confirm that your identity check is complete and no document is outstanding.
3. Review any active bonus and whether its play conditions are met.
4. Match the payout method to the method you used to deposit.
5. Cancel a duplicate request if you created more than one by mistake.
6. Make sure no deposit is still pending, because a pending deposit can block the payout.
7. Complete any security step the account asks for, such as a confirmation code.
8. Keep the account email and phone current so messages reach you.
9. Wait for the stated review period before you send a new request.
10. Contact support when the status has not changed after the review window and all checks above are complete. Include the withdrawal reference and the amount.

Welcome bonus or free spins not credited

The deposit lands on your balance but the welcome bonus or the free spins do not appear. Typical causes:

• The bonus code was typed with a space or a wrong character.
• The deposit was made before the code was entered.
• The offer applies only to a first deposit and yours was not the first.
• The payment method used is excluded from the promotion.
• The bonus was already claimed on an earlier attempt.

Check these points in order:

1. Open the bonus section and confirm whether the offer is still available on your account.
2. Compare the code in your confirmation with the code required for the offer.
3. Retype the code by hand instead of pasting it, to remove hidden spaces.
4. Make the qualifying deposit only after the code is accepted.
5. Confirm that this was your first deposit if the offer is limited to new players.
6. Check that your payment method is allowed for the promotion.
7. Look for the bonus in your active bonuses list before you deposit again.
8. Use the live chat or the contact form at smash-casino.us.com/ and send the deposit reference with your message.
9. Keep the bonus confirmation on screen or as a screenshot until the credit appears.
10. Contact support when the code was accepted and the deposit met the offer but nothing was credited after the review period. State the code and the deposit reference in one message.

Quick Reference

The table below maps each problem to its usual cause and the first check to run.

Each first check is the quickest way to tell whether the problem is on your side or still in process. A clear document photo removes most identity delays before they start. Matching the payout method to the deposit method avoids many pending withdrawals on the casino smash side. Retyping a code by hand prevents a large share of missing bonus claims. Keeping screenshots of every deposit and request gives support what it needs in one message. Most cases resolve once the player repeats the same step with exact details instead of opening a new request.

Before you send any request, take one screenshot of the screen that shows the problem and save it with the reference number; this single habit prevents most of the delays described above.
